Copays, co-insurance, and deductibles associated with major medical plans can be confusing and costly. The Deductible Relief Plan (DRP), is designed to lower your out-of-pocket costs and pay you cash when you need care.
There is no pre-existing limitation in the DRP. You’ll receive reimbursement based on the schedule of benefits.
How to see a Hooray Health Urgent Care or Retail Clinic for $25 copay
Visit companyabc.hoorayhealth.com to find a Hooray Health in network provider.
Show your Hooray Health ID card to the provider front desk and pay a $25 copay.
Go to a provider of your choice either in your major medical network or out-of-network
Show your major medical ID and the provider will submit the claim to the carrier
Once you receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and itemized bill, complete the WebTPA Claim Forms found on the website
Send the Claim forms along with supporting documentation listed on the form by fax or mail to WebTPA
Your claim will be processed according to your plan guidelines and eligibility. You will receive a reimbursement amount indicated in the plan overview within 10 business days of claim approval!

Provide national access to retail clinics and urgent care centers for a $25 copay with no balance bills* within Hooray Health’s Provider Network.
Reimburse a fixed $175 payment if the employee goes to physicians outside of the Hooray Health Network

Hospital Confinement
Pays a Hospital Admission Benefit for the first day. Covered Person is confined to a hospital due to sickness. ICU, Surgical and Anesthesia benefits are included.

DRP is a medical indemnity plan that pays lump sum amounts towards medical services rendered. After you receive medical treatment, covered by the DRP, a claim can be filed and you’ll receive a fixed cost payment.
